Forming and cutting

The bricks are formed by extrusion . A heavy duty screw press extrudes the premixed soil through a die to from a column of brick. Different sizes and types

Of bricks and fascia material. The extruded column is cut by using single or multiple wire cutters.

HAMGAM cutters are designed to handle multiple types of brick columns . these precision cutters can easily be adjusted to suit different sizes of bricks. After the bricks are cut they are dried in the sun for two to three days or dried in hot air dryers.
