HAMGAM SANAT started the development of brick manufacturing factories more than 30 years a go. More than one hundred hamgam sanat designed, built and supported line are in existence in and around IRAN . HAMGAM SANAT brick factory experts with their vast experience are available to any discerning HAMGAM SANAT customer to give the right advice  . Brick manufacturing:

                          Brick manufacturing consists of five processes           

1.   Soil preparation: soil consisting of clay is mined and transferred to a brick production line. it is important to ensure that only clay is used.

2.   Crushing and homogenizing: the clay is crushing two times using primary and secondary crushers. This turns it into a fine powder. Water is added and the mixture homogenized in vacuum mixers and curing tanks.                

3.  Extrusion: the homogeneous mix of clay and water is extruded through a die using an extruding press. The long extruded brick column is cut to size and transferred to drying ovens..

4.  Drying: the bricks are dried in hot air ovens until the moisture content reaches required level.

5.  Firing; the dried bricks are then transferred to a kiln where they are fired. After firing the bricks are packed for storage or transportation.

BOX FEEDER (Metallic Silo): Clay stored conveyed into the production-line via Apron Feeder (Steel Silo).
First Belt Conveyor: Among sufficient water is sprayed to moving clay, wet clay is conveyed toward the first waltz by Belt Conveyor Waltz.
Roller MILL: Mill crushes wet clay and conveys smooth and integrated clay onto the second conveyor.
Mixer (simple mixer): Hence the clay is led into the mixer that makes mud. At this stage in which the humidity shortage is settled, the prepared mud is conveyed on the third conveyor. Therefore it is delivered to the second waltz.

Waltz: It makes the mud smoother, then the layers of mud are led into the press mixer through the forth conveyor.
VACUUM MIXER: So while the end provision is done, the mud is injected into the Press.
PRESS VACUUM PUMP: On press in driving of the mud, bubble of mud is taken in vacuumed process and mud get out from the press mould nozzle, meanwhile squeezed.
SINGLE CUTTER: Process continued and ultimately, the out bars in form of two bars cuts with regulate length by single cutter and it is led to the group cutters.
Cutting Table: Multiple cutters cut the bar into 36 pieces per cutting .At the end, the produced mud bricks unloaded in a vast area to dry.
